Would this work?

Looking to get started on my first grow, first step being picking out a case to grow it in. I came across this case, as it would look like a computer (My major involves working with computers), and it has a key to open the side panel. I'm just not sure if the dimensions of the case would be viable to grow one or two plants. Keeping in mind I need to fit lights and other modifications that need to be put into action as far as the inside goes.

ill never know how folks grow anything worth smoking in a computer case. At least get a full tower E-atx or something

Also I'd be concerned with what kind of paints they use inside the case and the plastics, that stuffs going to heat up with a light in there, more so then standard PC operation temps. If you're going to buy a case and do it go with something like the NZXT Phantom, get the white one it's all white on the inside already good for reflection. It's about $120 or so I think, might as well just buy a tent lol. If I was going to grow in a PC case I would be looking for a used full tower antec aluminum case, the ones that are like 4 feet tall and a foot wide. I think they retail for like 1k.

Skype makes it very easy to obtain IP addresses/location I'm sure you're not going to have too many folks offer that up to you when you're new.

Why spend months growing a 1/4?
Buy that should be able to get an oz. out of it at least with the right genetics.

The problem is I don't live alone, I have often have friends or family over. People are snoopy and I don't want them asking/even opening the tent. If I were to buy the case I would obviously surround the inside with aluminum foil, to reflect the light essentially everywhere.

About the Skype, yes.. that is a risk factor of using it, if you don't blacklist your IP from the resolvers they use to obtain your IP.

I'm thinking of buying a lockable cabinet, but after seeing the penalties for growing in my state... I don't see this project being worth the risk.

If there is risk of someone finding your grow who you don't want to it's best not to grow. It's asking for trouble.

Cultivation penalties aren't worth it for 1/4 ounce man
