WTF is up with THIS thing?!?!?

Ok, so a friend of mine gave me a plant, from seed, that had just sprouted.
He had it in some muck soil, so I moved it to a small pot with my soil. (1qt)

This is growing indoors, and none of the deformed growth was existent when I received it.
There are no bugs, or insects eating it.

This thing has been growing completely deformed. Anyone seen anything like this before.

it could be genetic.

maybe the seed-shell didn't come off properly or your buddy messed with it taking it off.

maybe the soil or water it was started in caused a problem.

i have seen mutants like that and most times will grow out of it.

That is what I was thinking. When he gave it to me the seed shell wasnt on it, but he said he didnt pull it off ...

i got one doin something similiar but its either my cat or sometype of bug not sure so got an orgainic pest control form local grow shop and boxed them in away form the cats as my tent is taken up by some ladies finishing up so hopefully ok till its opened up

lmao dotn let your cat in your room period. The cat can mess up allot real quick.

I've had abnormal growth like that before. Couldn't tell you what the hell caused it but it can be a hit or miss. In some cases, it can be the hidden gem and flower heavily and in most cases, it would be a runt with slightly deformed buds also. Only time will tell, I hate killing so I'd just keep going with it.

ya i try but they little fucker gets by me sometimes but as long as the are big enough i dont really mind her munchin on some fan leaves as thats all she really ever does but the ones now showing wierd growth are only like 15 days old and one good chomp could just kill it so im thinking its some kinda bug but again idk so i boxed them in and got some 3 in1 bug killer hopefully all the issues will cease

till she marks her spot. keep her out period. a bell on her might help. some cats leave them alone. my dog loves the leaves/stems. hello if she got in my room say goodbye. she knows its meds every time she eats leaves she feels better. she knows. i hope she knows if she goes in my room she is gonna get it.
