Here is the Huffington Post article on the little known House bill in the works for Medical MJ in West Virginia.

To sum it up. A paitent with a dibilating illiness can have up to 6 oz of medical mj and can designate a caregiver to grow for them. Either is allowed 12 mature plants and 12 immature plants. Caregivers are allowed to supply up to 5 registered paitents their meds and can grow 24 plants per paitent.
There will be 5 state run not for profit compassion centers throughout the state with 4 more to follow after the first year.
Sounds ok to me and I am told by a insider that if it dosent pass this session it will next.
Hope so because that would be great for everyone in need of some non pharma meds.
