You absolutely can & flush while the ground is still wet & the sooner the better,just be sure to really flood the shit out of them since they are in the ground.
The damage to the effected leaves is irreversable but if you get the hot ferts out of the soil the damage shouldnt spread,look at new growth very closely for signs of burn or healthy growth.
It sounds to me that the burn is not severe at all,many times after a seriously hard flush the plant will get very dark green in color & the leaves will droop making the whole plant look sickley,after it dries out real good it should perk right back up & regain a more natural color to the leaves .
Just be patient as it may take a few weeks for everything to come back together but it will.
