WYOMING RESIDENTS!!

I plan on moving to Wyoming and yes I know it's an illegal state but what's the cost of weed there? Wondering if I will need to grow my own or if it's not too bad I can just stick with it. (Probably will grow my own just for the fun of it but still curious) I looked on outdated websites and they had 20-25 a gram. Please tell me that's not true since I'm used to paying 10 a gram of high quality and yes in an illegal state.

Hey there. I live in northern Colorado and the dispensary parking lots are full of Wyoming plates.

There's lots of ways to skin the ganja cat, but the rules are pretty starkly different on either side of the state line; here, enlightenment. There, the heart of darkness; DUI carries a lighter penalty than being caught with weed.

what part of that desolate shithole are you moving to?
Don't hold back, tell us how you really feel!

Seventh in land area, sucking hind tit hard in the 50 train for total population. There's counties in Colorado with more people than that whole state.

Great place to visit for camping, fishing, hunting, skiing- but trust me, living there gets old. Fast.

Right winger's paradise. Just don't go hunting with ol' Darth Cheney.

That's why I want to move I'm big into outdoors. Not right wings tho haha. But I want to use the isolation to my advantage to learn to grow I guess. (Just came up with that as a plan now)

There's a reason why Colorado is growing so fast; it's as pretty as Wyoming but a lot more...

well...

RATIONAL. SANE. CIVILIZED.

You're going for the wrong reasons. All you seek can be found right here in the emerald rectangle and you don't risk 5 to 20 for indulging in a bit of FUCKING HARMLESS GARDENING.

You asked for some honest assessments, you're getting them.

The greatest claim Wyoming has to fame is that unless Mammoth Lake beats it to the punch, Yellowstone Caldera is the supervolcano voted most likely to destroy the world as we know it.

i mean Wyoming didn't sound so bad. Didn't plan on staying permanent. Was planning on going there with a cousin and a friend to score a labor Job in oil industry while growing. Just keeping ourselves and staying for a year to save up to move to a legal state like Washington is what I'm looking at cuz I read that basically all legal states are real expensive to live in. Keep in mind I'm young compared to some people here. Old enough to live in my own but young enough to still have my whole life in front of me. I should worry about the prison time that's a good point. Maybe just making the leap to Washington would be the best idea. Honestly Alaska seems like the best place for me cuz the legal weed and oil industry there but it's so far and can't imagine living in a place where half the year it's dark or something ridiculous like that

Dude, haven't you heard? The price crash at the gas pump meant that instead of drilling for more, they've been shutting in wellheads and laying people off for years now. People with seniority.

My step dad works in oil industry offshore drilling and from my understanding at the end of every year they always have to lay people off. Can't remember why exactly but he was one of them and he did almost all the jobs but a supervisors job offshore. Crane operator, pipe fitter, welder, all that shit but just weren't drilling like you said. And yeah when gas prices were low again he would be out of a job. But I guess I'm just going to have to look into it.

Never mattered if it was legal or illegal to me tbh. Should be something I worry about but no matter where I'm at I'm going to be learning my trade for the future, my future ain't no laws going to stop me from learning about my passion. I will probably just make the jump into Washington. Only thing I'm worried about is cost of living and good paying jobs. It's hard to live off of minimum wage and wouldn't even want to attempt tbh so I'd need to find something better and with no college education just a diploma might be tricky. Do plan on going back to school after I do move to my permenent home for a business degree and a minor in botany. I get full financial aid so cost won't be a problem at all, my sister got to keep an extra $1600 for whatever after she got financial aid so it was like she was paid to go to college but I plan on not going to school for a year so I won't have to pay out of state tuition. Haha I'm basically planning out my future with a bunch of people idk but you guys know best in sure. Thanks

I just really want a good nature state. Mountains for sure, lakes, rivers all that. Cheap living with good paying jobs around. If I could find ones in weed industry that would be better but idk the requirements of working in that field. I have experience but it was all illegal so idk if that would be a good idea to tell them you broke the law but then again, they're breaking federal law
