i have 6, four and a half feet plants 3 white widow and 3 lemon skunk and flowering with a 600 watt hps light how much do you think i will get per plant

You can expect around 1-2 ozs. each, if everything goes okay. It's pretty tough to get 6 plants that size, illuminated evenly, with a single 600 watt light. So, I'd be happy with 6-8 oz, if i were you. :)

Yup, 1 gram per watt of dry weight if things go well. CO2 and good nute control can bump it up a little more.

I agree that it's possible, but, I don't think it'll happen for a new grower. That's what everybody strives for, but very few actually attain 1 gram per watt, especially the new guys. Technically, I'm still a noob too, and the best I've done is about .7 grams per watt. I'm happy with that, but won't give up til i hit the 1 gram mark, even if it kills me.LOL
