Yellow leaves, brown tips, curling, drooping...

I started a grow just over 4 weeks ago using feminised seeds. Since then I've run into a few problems.

1. First nodes have died and dropped off leaving long stems. Whenever a new set of leaves grow, the nodes below them begin to turn brown/ drop off.

2. Since uprating the lighting the plants haven't increased growth rate and seem to be struggling. Some top canopy leaves are yellow as soon as they sprout with brown tips. Others are drooping down and others are curling up at the tips.

3. I'll water them with cana nutes with 25% run off but then the coco seems to stay moist for well over a week after. Last watering i added no nutes to flush them. I also mist them with calmag every couple of days.

Overall they just don't look healthy and don't seem to be striving.

Lighting- Began the grow with a 200w led light which drew 50w from the socket placed around 8 inches from the plants. Since then I've upgraded to a 1200w led light drawing 220w from the socket. This is placed as high up as possible to avoid light burn and to keep temperatures down. It's always been on an 18/6 cycle.

Grow cupboard is 50cm x 80cm x 2m

Humidity is kept around 60-70% using wet towels etc and temps stay between 25°c- 29°c with a fan and rhino extractor on 24/7.

Medium- 70% coco 30% perlite. I did have a layer of clay pebbles on top however I've now removed them to try and dry out the coco a bit.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
