Looks like it was given way to much food weeks ago, it curled the leaf tips and burnt up the leafs. These are all dieing now and you are upping your feed again about to kill off the rest of your leaf.

The plant has been over fed it's whole life. That's the issue

You're going to have to provide better info if you want someone to be able to make an educated guess on what you have going on.
Start with
Media
Feed -> nutrients? Strength? Frequency?
Temps
Light
Anything else you think could be relevant. (Eg 'i sprayed it with xxx' etc)
I'm using plant magic soil and using plant magic old timers organic bloom been giving it 3ml a litre and 1 ml of magnacal under a 400w has been giving 2 litres of water about every 3 days

I didn't feed anything at all until she had been in flower for about 2 weeks and then started at 1ml per litre and gradually upped to 2ml then to 3ml of old timers bloom

She was only given water during veg as the soil is ment to be good and not need to add anything until flowering

I started to feed because I was told that the soil was good to last the plant until flowering and when it started flowering I gave it the bloom

Mix your nutes and some soil and test for EC and PH. I think that is what Prophet was saying.
