Yellow new growth + deformed leaves [PICS]

Hi guys,

I'm a noob grower with an issue that I'm having trouble diagnosing properly. My problem manifests with yellowing on new growth, light green leaves throughout, and deformed leaves. My issues have been around since pretty much the beginning of this crop despite multiple res changes, flushes, and fixing of other issues. They are not killing my grow outright, but they are preventing me from achieving best results despite trying very hard to figure out the issue. Here are my specs:

2000w Indoor Hydro

  • Currently in 2nd week of flowering, plants just starting to show sex. Vegged for about a month (from seed)

  • 10x8' room, 4x8 ebb and flow, 110gal covered res kept at 67F with 2 airstones

  • 20 plants, multiple strains (mostly indicas, all plants affected by issue)..all the seeds I had to start with (next grow ill fill the table with clones)

  • 1000w x2 HPS lights, 8inch fan + CF for room, separated 6inch fan on closed loop for the lights

  • Temps 65-78F, RH ~40%

  • Growstones for media, 3gal containers

  • Well water (very clean, 0p, ph 6.7) of Advanced nutes (sensi bloom/grow 2 part A & B line) + some Advanced additives (senysium, bud candy, rhino skin). Current ppm for 2nd week of flowering is ~850ppm

  • Flooded 3x each 18h during veg, 4x each 12h during flower now (only while lights on) 15min to flood, another 15min to drain.

  • Topping off res as needed and changing res every 10 days

  • Correcting PH to 5.9 when lights turn on before first flood (usually is at 6.4 everyday before correction). Roughly adding 30ml of General Hydroponics PH Down per day. Making sure my PH meter is calibrated as well.

While it looks kinda like an Fe deficiency, it also has the effect of a P deficiency with the deformed leaves. There is also the possibility that all this has to do with the fluctuating PH...each light cycle the res jumps about .5 going from 5.9 to 6.4 ish. Not sure why....the AH sensi line is supposed to ph correct itself but that doesn't seem to be happening. It wants to be around 6.4 no matter what I do. Also when flushing, I would flush with 5.8 water for 30min and it'd come back as 6.3-6.4. Perhaps it is the growstones? In any case, if it is a PH issue then I'm not sure why I'm seeing this because it never gets too high, 6.5 max.

See below for pics, including earlier pics to show progression.

I would appreciate some input from other ebb/flow pros, growstone users, or anyone with experience with this issue. Thanks guys.
