Yellow New Growth - Is This Normal?

Hey everyone, this is my second grow after a long hiatus.

I'm concerned about one of my plants having very light green, almost yellow new growth. It's Green Crack, 4 weeks into flower with lights still 20/4. Medium is Fox Farm Ocean Forest with added Perlite and Clay balls in 3-gallon fabric pots. Fan blowing on them so they typically need water ever other day. I just started feeding nutes about 1.5 weeks ago, every other watering, at half strength. Watering in between nutes has been with molasses (1Tbsp per gallon). Lights are two 400W Mars LED (one for each plant - the left plant is the Green Crack with yellow new growth, the right plant is Northern Lights). Plants were topped about 2 weeks ago and a scrog screen will be added shortly. I'm planning on switching to 12/12 in about 1.5 weeks.

Both the GC and NL have been receiving the same treatment with regards to water, light, nutes, etc. Should I be worried about the light green/yellow new growth on the left Green Crack plant? Do I need more nutes? Full strength? Thoughts?

Thanks for any help.

you're doing fine. the dark green leaves were fed heavily, while the new growth is happy. Those dark leaves will be the first to shed, dont worry when that happens. stop adding molasses to potted plants, it goes well with pot roast, not pot plants. Molasses is ok in compost piles/bins, teas, etc.....pot plants dont eat molasses
