Yellow on leafs

I’ve noticed yellow tips and a yellow patch on one leaf. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong?

can u elaborate on your medium and how you water and if you use nutes?

simple answer: too much N

Ye I’m using canna coco with clay pebbles, using canna a+b 7ml/5lt.
The plant is 4 weeks old

Looks fine to me, nothing to worry about.
Agree, yellow patch from nutes on the leaf, not important.
