yellow/orange spots

well I did add 20 ml of %3 hydrogen peroxides 2 days ago keep in mind. I'm not sure if this is nute burn or def or the peroxide. Any idea's?

1) don't use H2O2 in soil...it kills the bacteria you need in the soil...
2) looks like nutrient solution splash...

I wouldn't have used h202 if there was any other choice. I didn't have any other bigger pots until yesterdays. The root balls were to big to put them in the same container. And with in 12 hours white mold spreaded to 3 plants. Thank you for your help thhough.
