Yellow seedling from Soil mix or fungus gnats?

These seedlings are two weeks old and are super stunted. I had a small fungus gnat problem and I've ever dealt with the fuckers before so I'm not 100% aware of the damage they can cause.

The soil I'm using is Ed rosenthall's soil recipe (the coco coir base one) which has been cooking for a couple months now. Has anyone used Ed's recipe? Only thing I added that wasn't in his mix was about a tbsp of lime per gallon of mix.

I'm a noob here and this problem is new for me, What do you think my friend?

Looks like that seedling is getting fried from likely soil alkalinity issues.
If you can try moving it into a soil with less amendments.
Also Ph 6.5 water and some enzymes would help break and bind up some nutrients into macros and make the soil less hot.
