Yellow spots on leaves/Is this leaf septoria?

Check for bugs might be thrips or some other pest hope it works out if it's bugs can be bad from what the guys on here say but if it is you'll find some advice on here how to get rid but I heard sulphur burners are effective but I'm quite new to growing so you might wanna get advice off someone with a little more experience there's some good people on here more than happy to help
