Yellow Spotting and Buring. Please Help

i have a widow clone thats about a foot and a half tall and a kush plant i started from seed thats almost a foot now the spotting showed up when i moved them from florecents to my 400 watt hps light it started as small yellow spotting then the spotting stated to turn brownish an looks sorta like chemical burns, there both in fox farm ocean forest i have not started to use any nutts yet and wus conimplating adding some lime to mabey help the soils ph" herd some strains burn in fox farm" just dont want to jump to conclusions about what it is and add somthing that might harm my plants ,the tempiture in the room is about 78 degrees any thaoughts of what it could be ?

We need pictures but it's most likely a Cal-Mag def: Yellowing, (in older and new growth), spotting in older leaves as yellowing stripes between the veins and burn starting at the edges right? You upgraded your lights so your plants started to ask for more and Ocean Forests usually falls short providing this minerals. please go get that camera so we can tell you exactly how to proceed.

i had this problem a few times, always a magnesium deficiency. boil some chopped garlic and water in a cup in the micro wave, filter it and dilute it. it didnt kill my plants and cleared the problem up.
