Yellow tint to plants

Hello everyone! This is my very first grow and I'm having some problems. The plant's are a little over 3 weeks old and they are Sensi Seed Northern lights and are in Roots Organic Potting Soil. I'm using 2 T5 6500k tube lighting. The temperature is always between 74-78 and humidity between 45-55%. I keep the lights on 24 hours. I small fan inside blowing lightly on them and also have a typhoon fan outside the enclosure sucking in fresh air constantly. The past 2 ph levels have been 6.4 & 6.5 and both had a runoff ph of 6.2. The plants have had a slight tint of yellow since before my last feeding which was 2 days ago. I've also been seeing small holes appear from new growth leaves on top of the plant but know where else. When I first saw these I thought it could be spider mites so I have been treating them with neem oil every 3 days for the past week but still havent seen any bugs or new holes. Most of the plants had this tint of yellow so I decided to give them some Pure Blend Pro Grow and some Liquid Karma because I thought the plant was lacking Nitrogen (this was on the 4th). Anyways, they need to be fed again today but they still looking a little yellow and are clawing a bit. I was think about giving them some Liquid Karma again with some Cal-mag but I wanted to get your guys opinion. Thanks!
