Yellow?

I just started growing for the first time, Completely new to this and just messing around at the moment. My plant is doing well, But the bottom most leaves, the very first two that ever grow, are completely yellow now. I have no idea what is going on, Any suggestions?

Totally normal, those two little leaves feed
the seedling, their job is done... :joint:
 
I also noticed in the picture, the cup you are using will allow light to get to the roots.
Transplant soon into a light proof pot, algae will grow on the roots stunting growth otherwise.
You could rap the outside of the cup with aluminum foil for now...
