yellow ?

First time grower so i dont know if it is a problem or not so im asking for your opinion. As u can see at the very bottom small leaves started to turn a bit yellow( dunno if u can see that coz of lightings, but they are yellow) tho all other leaves seems fine. Those 2 plants were in veg for 3 weeks and now its 3/4 day into flowering. I might added to much nutes, tho im not sure about that. Should i skip watering with nutes for couple of times and use only water ? Or its nothing to be worried about ?

do 1/4 of what it says on the bottle to start. ur plant hasnt flipped yet so ur starting to nute burn them i think. i would flush and then slowly start feeding it nutes. but thats my opinion
