Yellowing and Leaf curling

This is my third week for most of my plants
Some started with peat pellets
some of them in just regular potting soil, (scotts I think was the brand)
I grow with 10 cfls 23 watt 6500k I think (full spectrum)
I also have 6 regular 20 watt fluorescent lights vertically around the plants
I have a fan blowing on the plants regularly
I water only when the plants feel light and dry, which is about a day and a half to 2 days
I mist every few days
My water ph was way alkaline so I added vinegar to bring it down
It is tap water by the way, and I have an aquarium bubbler that runs to oxygenate the water

I'm not sure what else I am missing, so here's my problem

My plants pretty much since I started them, have had leaves's that curled down, with no yellowing or anything that I could see wrong.
Now however they are starting to yellow and 1 of them looks like it might keel over and die.

Yesterday I figured maybe because it was the end of the third week I should start to add nutes, so i mixed a gallon of 5-1-1 fish emulsion ferts and misted them

What are some suggestions about what I'm doing wrong, or right, and need to do?

what kind of nutes do u use? this looks kinda like a Nitrogen def

I just started yesterday with my first nutes, which i just misted onto the plants
its an organic 5-1-1 fertilizer.
the bottle says Alaska fish fertilizer

its the pots i have the same one and all the nutes just run right out of them pots, get the plastic ones or something and they should be good in a few days with some nutes

How much did you use? It could definately be that.. i would grab a water filter and hook it up to your faucet. It looks like theres been something from the beginning that the plants dont like since you said the leaves have always been wilty. ... the water could certainly be it.
Also, still too soon for nutes.. i made that mistake on my first seedlings too.. no more nutes until around 6 inches, and first few sets of leaves.. Or when the plants seem to slow in growth. In your case, probably a week or 2 if you can get the issues at hand fixed.

OK I will get some new pots soon, hopefully the roots haven't grown through the pots yet.

I used a quarter of the bottle (small one) in my five gallon water bucket, until the ph read around 6.5.

-Another note on that the ph seemed to fluctuate back towards alkalinity after a while, I read this happened to someone else on the forums, Would getting PH up and PH down be better than the vinegar and baking soda method?

In a word. Yes

well I didn't see any pots small enough for my plants so I purchased a bunch of dixie cups and cut holes in the bottoms for drainage

I also noticed that my plants were bone dry this morning so gave them a good hefty watering, hopefully they will bounce back and get their color again

when I was shopping i came across some ph up for pools and stuff like that, it is in powder form, does anyone see anything wrong with using that for my water?

I agree. Homemade ph adjusters fade over time. The store bought hold the changed ph longer.

Short answer is I don't know. One would think an acid is an acid, but the ones I looked at said in giant letters not for human consumption so I took that as a bad sign. Try a pet store.
