Yellowing and rusty spots

I have been lurking and reading here for a while however I haven't been able to figure out how to fix this issue, I have tried to include all the relevant information here.

I have been running plants in DWC for just over a year now. Using Masterblend, Calcium Nitrate, Epsom Salts, and for this round I have also been using Cal-Mag and MKP to try to help alleviate the issues I have been seeing. It is growing under a 240W Kingbrite board which has been raised to 18" above the tops to prevent the roasting that can go along with nutrient issues.

During vegetative growth I have been using 2-1-2 (MB - Cal-Nit - ES; ~1.0 eC) without issues and getting great results.

My first few runs used the same ratios during flower with decent results, but still ended up with spotty leaves. More recently I have been using equal amounts (by weight) of each of the 3 ingredients (~1.4-1.6 eC) in early flower and backing off the Cal-Nit as flowering progresses.

Ph is maintained throughout the grow between 5.5 and 6.6, and the 5g bucket reservoirs (~3.5g when full) are switched to fresh after 3-4 gallons are used to top off, when there is about 1g left.

2 of the 3 phenotypes I have run so far end up with these rusty spots and yellowing leaves around 3-4 weeks after switching to 12/12.

This photo is 4 weeks after the flowering tops set, the spots have been there for a while but I believe that I have slowed their progression, however the leaves haven't gotten any greener.

I've tried a few different things to rectify the situation, without luck. Does anyone have any advice on my issue or relating to growing with Masterblend specifically?
