Yellowing leaves earlier than before harvest

I’m growing in straight promix and nutrients from my grow store that are basic grow and flower nutrients. I sometimes let a plant or two get wilted and then finally water and they come back ok but everytime after I let this happen those plants leaves turn yellow as opposed to my plants that I never allow to dry out so much and wilt. Why does this happen. I monitor ph and everything.

Probably some sort of shock. Some Jewish concentration camp victims died from eating when they where first rescued. Turns out their systems couldn't cope with a good meal after so long without.
I'm not calling you weed Hitler or anything. Just giving reference.
