Yellowing Leaves (upper Region)

I thought I had gotten everything figured out but I am not sure anymore. My top/upper region of my plant is starting to yellow. I may still have nitrogen deficiency but not sure. Anyways... this is something new and I need help before it gets worse. Its my clone in my journal that I got going.. ill post some pictures here but anything else I can offer please let me know and I will do what I can

how often are you watering? adequate drainage?

Yeah good drainage and about every 2-3 days, depends on how dry the soil is when I feel it.
