Do you mean to move them inside (you mentioned flipping)? Most warn against brining outdoor plants into a tent to avoid pest problems. If you’re in the northern hemisphere, they should be turning anyway.
When I was a kid and saw plants like that my jaw would drop thinking about all the buds I would rake in.
Now I look at plants like that and say 2 to 3 ounces a piece if you are lucky and they live. They don't look like they were started outside. Too thin. They would be more robust if started outdoors in good light. I wonder if the roots are even getting food in giant pots like that. Good luck.
