Yielding amounts, how are they calculated?

The estimated yield by seed companies are based on a certain plant height and have to be grown in near perfect conditions and growers experience is vital too.

don't count on what breeders say . Just plant your beans , nurture them into beautiful girls and hope for the best. Don't worry about yield , just learn as you grow. Yield will come with experience. My advice is to put some thought into your grow area and supplies so that when you DO expand , you can still use what you have already bought. Nothing wasted.

The breeder grows the strain to its maximum potential in perfect growing conditions to show what the strain is capable of producing.

Thanks guys! Yeah I don't plan on hoping for much as it'll be my first grow though in regards to the weights would that be calculated before or after drying/curing?

I've course they're weighing the final product. How misleading would it be to calculate wet buds.

It would be very misleading to new-comers, but then again I thought it may have been just the way it's done.

you always weigh dry cured weight. How can anyone weigh it wet ? There are stems and moisture. Nobody worth their rep as a seller would try to sell wet product. if you ever meet one of these people............ never talk to them again.
