Holy fuck verde! Think you would drown? I know I would haha 'WHICH WAY IS UP!?' Well more like.. 'Äτ12╟ ö0êÄ▌ooWW!?'
God Im trying to think of a place...
Nah the jump behind the falls is only 10-15 feet up, I've jumped into the falls before, sober. It's pretty easy, just get some goggles so you can see through the wind/water, and jump.. The only important part is to hold your breath, and don't breathe until your sure your above the water. Who knows how far the falls forces you down into the water, it's a 120ft waterfall. However
most of the time you just hit the waterfall, get rushed downwards, enter the water, and get pushed back up to the surface from the force of the waterfall around you. Hold your breath as much as you can, and you will be buoyant and float to the surface.
Though I don't recommend doing things tripping if your not 100% comfortable with the activity!
The place in the picture in verde's post is now my dream place to trip. the cliffs would look nuts, and that water is gorgeous!
Yeah it looks like the garden of eden man, if you ever get out there camping for a couple days I guarantee you won't regret it.

some meditating at the base of the falls, with the wind from the rushing water crushing drops of spring water into your face.. while seeing what the D shows you, with a 120ft column of water continuously flowing and producing amazing visuals in front of you. I can only imagine how profound it would be. Watching the water fall. There is a very, very, very old native american cemetery up and to the left of the falls. Lots of crazy vibes out there, but they all seem to be quite peaceful, welcoming, and endearing!
