long time reader bt aint bothered to make an account before till now, i consider myself a beginner in the growin scene having only produced decent bud a cuple of times. My main ambition in life is to learn how to grow the very best of bud, it has been ever since i learnt "money cant grow on trees" was a LIE :-P im 18 years old live in the north of england what more can i say except i love smoking fuckin luvly skunk man :weed:

I agree that The Netherlands is right at 16 but I am real sure that won't fly.

The renewed war of Cannabis 1972 Circa Nixion launched the evil effects on youth motif.
Now 18 is possible in California if we politic the now 16 year olds to vow to vote. They will be 18 in November 2012 so it's not a sin to politic them now and for the next two years!

I hate to say a negative but 16 is realistic but I doubt politically viable.
