bud rot?

I’ve just been away for 5 days, left my plant under a cloche while away, temperatures were high 26c-28Celsius. Could the high humidity have caused this bud rot or high temperatures burning the bud? It looks off colour to me. I’ve removed a little, but would I need to remove the whole bud...

Just finished drying this plant and after looking closely at the buds while trimming, i think i found bud rot. Its not furry like bud rot images iv seen, and it still smells good. Seems to be mainly in the center of bigger buds, but very minimal. Wondering if i should just toss the whole plant...
