deficiancy ph

I thought I noticed this towards the end of my first grow. After harvesting and planting new seeds here we go. Nothing but Ocean Forest soil and tap water (brita filtered which helps pH get in ideal range in my area.)

Hey guys, I’m growing an outdoor plant and am new. I used miracle grow for soil and then use neem oil and dish soap as a treatment to the plant. I try not to over water but I’m new so I’m not really sure. These definitely started strong but look to be struggling... I’m attaching some photos...
