happy frog and coco coir

Last grow I did was with 100% coco coir. I am wanting to try Fox Farm Happy Frog 1/2 and 1/2 coc coir. for seedlings. When it matures some, wanting to transplant into Ocean Forest. Any comments. Also, I am assuming Happy Frog is soil, so if I use the 1/2 and 1/2 HF and CC, is it considerred...
