My lights are coming on at 1:45pm and I want to have them come on at 2:45 can i just leave the lights off for 7 hours instead for 1 day and then go back to 18hours starting at 2:45pm? reason is because it is too hot here around 1:45, and it starts to cool around 3ish.. is this ok?

hello, Is it possible to create a hybrid light system by combiming a 400watt (HPS) light with a newly purchased 260W LED light for 4x4 grow tent ? i would like to know your advice on this setup and how to plan it correctly since this is my first run.
