plants per light

Hello growers, It's been three years since I've grown indoor last. I had 9 plants under one light in 5 gallon smart pots. I did not scrog, just used bamboo sticks and green tape to keep the branches from breaking. Now that I have a much bigger bud and veg room, I want to graduate to 15 gallon...
