    Is exhausting/air exchange a requirement during dry?

    I'm wondering if air exchange is important for a dry, or if it is only used as a tool for stabilizing RH and temps. In other words, if the humidity is on the lower side, can one just turn off the exhaust to keep the humidity up? Will this impact aroma/taste if air is not being exchanged...
