yellow spotting

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with what could be wrong with my auto. She’s 3 weeks since sprouting. Does her growth look ok? I’m wondering about the yellow spotting. Currently using ghe nutrients. Feeding 0.5 micro 0.5 bloom 0.5 grow 0.2 roots 1 cal mag All per L
