That most certainly hasn't been my experience with the Attitude. So far they've reshipped three times after the initial snag. Mayhaps you were being a bit rude and or pushy? OR maybe you aren't emailing them at the correct address. Don't send them a message through the website, send your emails directly to their sales department and you'll get an answer within one business day (at least they've been so punctual when dealing with me).
There very well could be. But it's a roll of the dice. Mine did some crazy maneuvering once it entered into my hometown. Should have come straight to deliver, but it was instead diverted to a post office downtown, then back to another facility on my side of town before being delivered. Was it Chicago? Was it local? Who knows...because there was green tape ALONG with CLEAR tape...maybe it just lost it's stickiness? Or maybe it was opened multiple times...dunno. Either way, I think it still may be luck of the draw. Right now I'm waiting for a reship sans the tracking...we'll see if that makes a difference, or if come February there's green tape or nadaattoll.
well just checked the status today and it states that it has now been processed and left elk grove village post office at 9:45p.m. last night... next stop should be my house it just seems that it didn't sit in Chicago long enough to get green tape it was there one day and off it went,, would really hate to see the green tape but then again ive never had a problem with getting anything from the tude before so lets hope it comes all there....
