Yield?

Hi guys, forgive my ignorance - not being state side, some of your terminology is confusing! But, when people refer to 'zips' as a quantity, what are we talking? Cheers

A zip is an ounce. I don't think its going to be near a pound myself, 8-10 zips. Everything is speculation till they hit the jars, tho!

I know it's tough. First grow so I don't even know what to expect drying/curing. If it's a decent yield I know I'm at least doing something right.

I'll post better photos when the lights come on.

Id say manicured dried and cured 6-8 oz total wet probably 20 oz hard to see.. They needed to be lollipopped and thinned a bit which would have doubled the yield.

I'd be happy with that. I agree because it's so bushy and has a lot of undergrowth. I was afraid, man when I topped it I felt so bad.

Next time around.

Zips = Ounces. As for yield you'll probably get about a pound give or take 10 or 12 zips. Good Luck.

It's so hard to judge these things, even just looking at it, there's no way of telling how dense or loose/fluffy the buds are, how much water weight they have. Sometimes a bud the size of a golf ball only weigh a gram.

What size was your light? How many watts? I'm thinking probably 6-8 ounces myself, maybe (hopefully/probably) more.

Im starting to chop Mine now, and I can't tell if I have 2 pounds or 10 ounces. It's just so hard to guess sometimes.

3-4 ounces dried.

Those buds are tiny. Once you cut off all the leaves and take the little buds off the stems, not going to be very much.
