Use the multi-quote icon {sits next to the reply with quote icon}. Click that when choosing the quotes you want to use, when you've gotten to the last quote, click the reply with quote icon.
The quotes should now be in order and you can respond in kind. Hope this helps or at least makes some sort of sense lol.
