"THE" lowest odor strain for a ZERO odor control grow?

If you had to bet literally your life, your families life, that you could grow 6 cannabis plants and they could never ever be smelled by even someone living in the same house, during veg, flower, curing, storage AND with NO odor control whatsoever, which ONE strain would you grow?

Please, I need your best experience, your #1 pick and not what you have just heard from other growers or read on the forum etc, but only what you KNOW for a FACT based on your OWN personal experience.

If this was YOUR situation, which ONE strain would you select, and where would you look for the highest quality seeds?

Easy bud automatic Feminized from Royal Queen Seeds. No smell until about 5 weeks then even at that not strong enough to allert anyone. It's the curing part that stinks man (Skunky/Sweet) and there is no avoiding that with any mary jane strain. If you do get a plant that does not smell at all then you have wasted weeks/months growing crap weed that will give you nothing but a sore head.

Maybe it sound dumb, but let's assume that growing is not an option. The situation cannot change. You must grow.

Out of all the strains you have grown personally, which strain do you believe would have the best chance of success to go undetected?

Honestly I dont think anyone can guarantee a smell free plant. All cannabis plants smell to one degree or another, let alone 6 plants. Ice had a few plants in full flower that honestly didn't smell too bad, but come to cut and trim, you bet there was a strong odor then.

Its a risk growing, even for us legal peoples. if you are worried about smell I honestly don't know why you'd grow without scrubbing equipment. problem mostly solved until harvest, then it smells so strong you become immune to the odor, sadly others don't. Then i just kick into cover up mode.

Let's say you are stranded on a desert island and the only way to pay for your passage off is in Cannabis that you must grow.

You're concern is that it smells and the natives will hurt you and steal it and you'll be marooned in that weedless place for eternity.

Now what strain does everyone select?

Sounds like you've made some dumb ass moves to put yourself in a situation where someone else is forcing you to grow. Why make another dumb move and put your family at risk. Sure, plant it on top of the active volcano where the sulfur smell is much stronger then the MJ plants. There isn't a no smell MJ strain.

No normal, halfway intelligent person would ever have any of these ridiculous scenarios.

Its just buy some peace of mind so to speak. A carbon filter and exhaust fan are a great, cheap investment. I couldnt imagine not having mine. I grown in an apartment, I'm legal medically, but its not like I can flaunt it (nor would want to) or as if I have protections if my landlord wanted me out for it (luckily I only rent from professional management companies which respect tenant rights and really just care that you pay your bill).

Some strains smell less, some more. All strains smell, particularly when chopped.

So that's the moral of the story.

This is going to be better than I hoped if I can keep the thread on track. No women, children, or small animals will be hurt in it's development.

It seems like a pretty easy question to me, what's the least stinkiest weed you've ever gown? If you had to for whatever reason and had no other alternative, which strain do you feel would be the one least detectable without any odor control?

What if, god forbid, you needed it for someone in your family. Didn't have the financial means or a source to buy it and live next door to a cop.

What strains would you be considering?

So long as you're sprouting nonsense stories, i doubt you're going to get any help. If you really had a family member who needed weed, you'd have come straight out and said that, not trying to create BS desert island scenarios, so i'm pretty sure you are not trying to grow because of a family member needing it.

Sweet Skunk from PeakseedsBC. There's a smell, but it's incredibly subtle and I'm certain I could get away with growing it w/o a carbon filter in an apartment. Both plants I had were similar in odor and pretty much everything else, very stable line. Smell remains low during the grow and after the harvest. I've had people comment on it. Good smoke too. Not heavy yielding, at least not unless you grow them large.

Lacking hybrid vigor etc.

I think just about all have a smell, even the low odor strains CAN put out some odor. Especially when you throw phenotypes into it.
Some don't necessarily smell like MJ, but anyone who smokes would be able to distinguish that flowery, rosey (but dank) smell.
Your best bet is to use a carbon filter.

OK, my turn to ask a few questions....

1 - Why are the normal methods of odour control (extraction fans and charcoal filters) not an option?
For 6 average sized plants you could use an area of 2ft x 3ft x 6ft (high)
(In metres about 0.66 x 1.0 x 2.0m = 1.32 m3 (metres cubed).
1.32 x 1.25 = 1.65m3/minute
1.65 x 60 = 99m3/hour

You need a fan/filter than can exchange 99m/3 per hour.

The smallest RvK (4" or 100mm) does 175m3/h.
You'd need a $10 dollar plug-in lamp dimmer switch to dial it down to 60% of full capacity.

A used 4" Fan can be found for $15-$25
You don't need a TOP OF THE RANGE RHINO or FRESH CARB FILTER
(I got an 8" FANTRONIX, brand new, for $40, so a 4" will cost $25 at the max.)

The 75m3/h additional capacity (fan speed) will be useful whenever heat is also an issue
Fans are used for more than just odour control.
Air exchange prevents stale pockets that result in fungus and all kinds of nasty stuff.

And, BTW, I'd worry about any SHIPS CAPTAIN who would only accept BUDS as payment

Thank you , that's very much the kind of answer I was searching for.

I certainly don't plan on growing without more than enough odor control, and on top of that I plan to grow the least smelliest weed I can find and double the amount of odor control needed for the smelliest weed on the planet.

Right now, I have two possibles cabs for example. One is a tent I'm considering that 36"x30"X18" and another is a sealed wooded cab that's 20"x18"23". I haven't decided which cab I will use but I do have on order a Phresh 4x12 along with the S&P-Td-100. I have Ona buckets on active fans already just as a baseline.

This thread isn't about odor control. This thread should be about finding the least smelliest weed WITHOUT odor control. Then I'll overkill the OC.
