You do know you can't take your sweet ass time, weed has a very short harvest window. You have been growing for a year, probably a shitty trimmer and grower and you think you have the knowledge to put a price on trim work. Most commercial growers I would assume wouldn't be paying hourly, wouldn't make sense, they are probably gonna pay by the lb. dry that you trimmed, piece work if you didn't know what that type of work is called, which I am fine with, it keeps lowlife slugs like you out of my trade.

plot your desired profit
establish your retail price

maintain legal and tax compliance
