WHAT HYDRO SYSTEM? for 4 x 4ft area?

I am about to start using a 8 x 4ft tent
I have a WILMA BIG 9 and was going to buy a second one.
But I stated to think that it may be better to use a different type of system in half of the tent space?

There is 4 x 4ft of available space
Outside the tent there is very little room so external reservoirs or waterbutts are not an option.

I currently use clay pebbles (hydroton) and I have the necessary nutrients
so I do want to be able to use the same nuteson both sides of the tent.

And this tent will be a FLOWER only area
I have a 4 x 4ft that's a dedicated VEG space.

Any suggestions are welcome.

From personal experience, My room is 6ft long, 4 feet wide and seven feet tall. I am utilizing a 2ft X 4ft table, Ebb and Flow system. Things tend to get really crowded in there at times but I think if you're using a 4x8 ft area for a 4x4 table, that would work fine. I know there is some formula for growing space, my input if merely from trial and error. Next grow room will be an 8 x 16 feet with a vegetation and a flowering area.

I would roll with Stink Bud JR system, its DIY so you get more bang for your buck!!

One of my 3 rail, 9 or 12 site, 50gal systems would work perfect there. I average about 40+oz from each system under a 1k with 24-30 days veg.

i'd go with a 3x3 flood table. they actually end up being about 3.5x3.5 after you add the edges of the tables. use a flood and drain reservoir that you fit right under the table. you wouldn't need anything bigger than a 15-20 gallon res and that could easily fit uder the table. add a drain and a pump on a times and you're good to go. you could even add a cheap reservoir chiller to keep the temps optimal if you have issues with heat in the tent. you could easily grow 9 plants at 18-24 inches tall. since you are in a tent's i'm guessing you can't go to tall. you could do 5 plants a little larger. use a 600w light. your outside plants will be on the edge of the tray so you'll have coverage out to 4x4 with their foliage.

you could either use grow blocks; net pots or straight hydroton. it's how I used to grow. fantastic, compact setup for a tent.
