When you say it like that its like I'm getting Tom Sawyerd... LOL! It is a little bit of work to grow from seed but really not that much more than clone really. The thing is the time it takes to be ready is a lot longer. I think I am getting the deal. first shot at flowering some plants from seed, great genetics, and a chance to try a wide variety over time this way.
You are not really setup to split your space into two grow areas. you would need a different space entirely to be keeping your own cycle going. I agree it is really nice to have very little veg time between flowering. Do you have a bubble cloner? I had a homemade one at one time but now long gone. I know that that is your preferred clone method and its neither here nor there for me.
Dont anyone believe it... Jig is really good with her. She is hardly in mortal danger with him. Its just tough going into parent captivity... LOL! Once you have kids its all about the home life whether you like it or not. I used to do alot more individual adventuring prior to the girls. Its not bad though, just a new type of adventure.And now you see why wife worries about leaving.
It's all an adventure eh?

I know what you mean to some degree now (jig and someguy). Starting to hang out with my gf's kid more. It's an adjustment cuz I can't just pick up and leave when I want to and try don't even live with me yet. lol. I imagine that will intensify as time progresses. I'm kinda looking forward to it to be honest.

Its been fun and busy man. I can't believe I haven't posted anything in a while. Kinda irritates me that I haven't. I think I'll steal a line from the jigfresh playbook, they're plants who hasn't seen them grow? Hahah. Nah but I found te banana cream exhale on the BP. Very nice smoke. My bro even noticed without me saying a word. lol. The revised setup with the plants being tied back to the wire works great. The screens are filling nicely. They still have a little over a month to go in the tent. I also installed some risers on my racks so the girls sit a little taller and at light level. Things are looking good on the grow front. Still waiting to sex the BR, SE, and GGxWF. I think I have some males but its a little early to tell with certainty. I gotta run some errands tomorrow to pick up lime and ewc for the soil. Maybe some bone meal and kelp meal if I can find it.
Personal notes I love being able to spend time with my family over the holidays. Been spending a lot of time with the chica whom I now call my gf. Crazy, it's been a while since I've been able to say that. Her little one is so cute (7 y/o). I got her mom a claddagh ring for Xmas which she seems to love cuz she keeps sending me pics of her wearing it. lol. We also have a trip planned to universal studios for her daughters bday in February. My bro is tagging along. I'm glad she understands that my bro is also my best friend and I enjoy having him around.

Things sound to be going well for you. That's great! And I bet I know what your plants look like... green all over... bunch of leaves everywhere... some budsites maybe lol. Looking forward to pics whenever they show up.
Not sure what part of the country you are in. Didn't realize universal had a florida location. If you are headed to the LA location let me know. I'll have harvested by Feb.

Well since I never did post pics for you guys I suppose I will give you something
lol. I didn't take great pictures but you'll get the idea. My yields for last round were not at all impressive but not bad for my first whack at organic growing. I like it more, probably cuz it is more involved in that one has to mess around with soil. lol. I think I've finally gotten things where I like them. Now it's just a matter of dialing minor conditions in. Take a look if you can

I have to say all of them seem to be producing better than previous round. I like to think its because I've corrected the plants to being at light level. Although the new BP looks to be a strong producer at this point. She and the new QQ were thrown in a little big but looks to be paying off so far. I actually took clones of each before flipping the light cycle for once so this time I won't have crazy leaves for the new round. Although they will probably sit the next round out because I need to take a clone of each as a mother if they pan out well.

I think that about rounds out all the vegging plants. The solo new BB gear had a mishap due to me being out of town hence the a new blue pit and PK being in the germ tray. I think I oxygen poisoned them (didn't open up the top vents enough). I'm really looking forward to the dog and blue pit. Who am I kidding, I'm looking forward to all of the new ones hahahahah. After this I think I'm gonna continue to pop a couple extra pips between runs to find possibly better phenos. Other than that I think I'm pretty dialed in. I'm continuing some LST due to my obvious space requirements..lol. I got about another 8 inches or so I can raise the lights up.
Some questions for you guys I was wondering if the liquid karma is really needed in the tea brew? It's not something I can really drive to get easily. Other than that I think I'm set.
Oh and I may have found a house to rent for $700/mo from a lady at work. It's a 3/2 with an A/C'd storage room. No garage though but there is a carport. It's sitting on half an acre completely fenced property.

The girls are green like you said. Not a whole lot changes there really. I did top dress the vegging girls with some lime since I ran out when I was mixing their soil. Got one more errand to run for ewc later.

I like all the strains too. The only issue is keeping them all straight. I was good about labels this time though so hopefully that'll help. lol. It'll get really interesting once I get to the crosses I made too. All of the new ones are looking strong too even though most of them are in 2 gal pots instead of my standard 3 gal. Figure if they do well in the 2's they get 3's next time. Kinda like a reward system…lol.
The lady is pretty legit actually and willing to work with her tenants. I will probably be the best tenant she's ever had. She's told me some horror stories of previous tenants. Her husband actually used to be a grower's assistant (back before it started legalizing), which is kinda dope if you ask me. She told me he may stop by every once in a while for coffee…lol.

Damn I haven't posted anything on here in almost three weeks. Well I will have some pictures up tonight for you guys.
Tent:
I have a different BP that looks to be a keeper. The new QQ I looks like it'll not be kept. The sour cherries I have will not be kept. The antidote and two different BPs will be kept going forward.
Veg:
the sugartown express looks to be a keeper. Her fans are MASSIVE for an indoor girl. I have 2 confirmed fem Bubba Remix, possibly 3. The GGxWF turned out all males sadly but that means my odds will be better for next germ cycle. <<optimist hell yea!! There is a new QQ in veg too. I haven't seen this leaf structure before or the coloration. It's got frilly edges to the leaves. And the color is bluish green. Have you BB guys seem that? Lastly my trusted deep psychosis. She's so good to me.
In solo's in veg:
i have 3 dog BX which has started to root well. 3 blue pits, a PK lemon pheno (hopefully since that's what I requested) and a engineers dream.
I think it may be time to start a need thread. Need a name for all this though.

Yea been spending time with my gf. Seems strange saying that after so many years of being single. lol. Been well just plugging along. She's moving in come June so kinda trying to get things in motion for that to happen assuming all goes well between now and then.
The he plants seem to be doing well for the most part. That QQ is a peculiar one. Should be interesting to see what she does in the tent come next month.

i'm ok man, stressing out trying to organise 18 idiots to go on a stag do. we're clay pigeon shooting and quad biking ( wish we lived in a country where we could go really hunting but so be it). should be fun til someone does something stupid... so long as we can keep them sober til after the activities we'll be fine
