Dude, I 100% agree and I am still a smack addict. I only quit smoking cause of anxiety...BUT...i have no issues at all talking about my past drug addiction, which included being addicted to heroin for a few good years..
being addicted to a drug, one like heroin, is god awful.. it's a full time job, 24/ 7 all i thought about was heroin, finding ways and means to get money to get more, getting more, and lastly the shortest bit, actually using the stuff. my life was a living nightmare, and often i'd wish i woke up dead so i wouldn't have to go through the hell another second..
been clean coming up on 13 years come may, yay me..
anyhoo's, i've been smoking weed for well over 25 years.. never, not once, have i not had weed, and sat there and thought, damn, all i need is $10 so i can go get more weed.. never once have i robbed or stolen to get more weed.. never once, have i driven into the ghetto at 2 am to go score a bag of weed..
i've also been looking for work, so haven't been smoking much weed lately.. have a few oz's laying around, but haven't really touched much of it as i want to piss clean for a job.. if i were addicted to weed, i'd have smoked all of it that's laying around up, and would be out looking for more..
i know we all know it, but weed is so far from being addictive it's not even funny.. caffeine is more addictive then weed.. try stopping all caffeine intake and you'll have a wicked ass headache for days..

I DID know someone addicted to weed. I use to be a mid level dealer...and I sold...easily bud to ...well...alot of people. I cant even guess. Probably close to 3-400 diff people. That is not an exageration and I was not a delusional guy. I didn think I was tony montana just surviveing...anyway...
