Hello All, I'm new to the forum but I have been a grower for a while, One indoor, two outdoor (Guerrilla) and I seem to like guerrilla growing better because I grow for personal use so I have figured out how much herb I consume daily and added it up and it turns out I need just about a :leaf:pound:leaf: to get myself through the whole year! and when I grew indoor I yielded 12.3 grams from one plant :wall:
But when I did the two outdoor grows I had plenty enough to last me right up to the next grow season :bigjoint: So I've started a Guerrilla Growers group! And I'd like anyone who calls them self a guerrilla grower to come join me before the upcoming season so we can check out all the good grows from all over. So, yeah join in soon, just a few more months!

Welcome,

I'm new here myself, there are many veterans here and you can learn alot from these guys. I'm an old school grower myself, done the guerrilla grow many times and have grown big a few times also. I love grownin' outdoor. I've had the awesome growroom in the past but the electric bill got way out of control, and you can't beat the sun.

What part of the country are you from, not specific, just in general? I'm on the North-East coast. What strain are you gonna grow?

Im new to the site as well... Im B.C. born and raised and I've got 10+ years of Canadian guerilla experience. I've got a few time tested strains I use every year with great success and will be throwing a few new ones out this year. I've come across a few guys on the site here that are curious about using coco for guerilla patches and I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding its use. I switched to coco 5-6 years ago and it was hands down the best choice I've made in the outdoors.

I did a guerrilla grow a few years ago. It was fun and I had decent results. But it was a lot of work. I think this year I will make a bunch of seeds and plant them around town. I don't expect to harvest anything I just want to see if I can get some plants to live long enough to spread their seed and start growing naturally so in twenty years it will be growing everywhere like kudzu.

More than likely those plants will be found by the lowest lifeform known...Rippers. I will spare you the sad details but I have lost so much more than just a plant to those wraiths. After all the back breaking hard work, love, and dedication its hard to let it go.

Oh btw I am running this year Kannabia Aphrodite, BF pineapple chunk, Female Grapefruit, GHS Ladyburn. All strains I already crossed indoors with a sativa dominant skunky male. I liked them all well enough to want many seeds for this season. Now to find those special mothers.....

Hey guys, I'm aspiring to start up an outdoor grow soon (early feb). The only experience I have are the 3 1 month old plants I grew outdoors when I was 5 years ago when I was 14, but now I'm determined to fully grow a few plants. @slanix , when do you start your outdoors grows? You and I probably share similar weather as I live in Northern Virginia, got any advice? I'm going to be growing a couple autoflower buddha purple kush plants, a dinafem white widow (non auto), and a jack herer non fem non auto.

Hi I'm a new grower here in FL, I had a question about planting outside near a water source as most places recommend. But I don't have a river or stream around but there is a well sized lake.
Will planting near a lake help my plant with water consumption like planting near a river would? And does this also increase my chances of dealing with pests?

someone please help me out!!!

Planting near a water source doesn't really mean that the ground will water your plants for you. The water source just makes it easier for you to manually collect water from the source and give it to your plants. You can choose to carry water from the source, pump it, run gravity fed lines if possible. I would advise against planting in ground that stays constantly wet unless you are using swamp tubes or something similar

im in VA also I start around the end of april early may with great get back
What part? Man I just cant wait to start growing... But with all this snow I might have to. I may look into start vegging indoors and just move the pots outdoors when it's nice and sunny.

Well I know of coarse it's not going to water it for me, my question is would it benefit from the soil being somewhat moist like a river side soil.
ill be sure to make sure the soil isn't soaked or seems to be retaining to much water also.

As far as gravity fed lines, I've never thought of that. I'll look into it thanks!

Well if you can defiantly start your seedlings indoors, if you cant, Germ. as long as you can and plant in your soil mixture in the ground (or in pots) Also I would only recommend doing the Autos, the Photo-period plants are much bigger and take longer, your laws are almost the same as ours so I defiantly wouldn't want a fellow grower getting caught, or worse.. getting your plants ripped
