Oh, no doubt about it being the anodic stuff. Ti is ridiculous expensive and, as you say, a bitch to machine.

Hey thanks for the video! Looks pretty damn good in action... like any other grinder, lol I think I may just do it. Idk why I didn't think to search youtube..

I was also thinking about buying a new grinder these last few weeks and decided on a capresso coffee grinder lol. Works fast as hell being automatic and whips up a pretty decent amount of keif. Dont rule out cheap coffee grinders too, i got mine for like 8 bucks. Half of what a little crappy weed grinder would run me at MLHS

Same reason I buy Snap On and Matco tools for the most part. You buy quality once and you're done. I found that buying mediocre cost me more over the long term unless it was close to a single use tool.

Okay guys I just received the Space Case and all I can say is it is beautifull. The titanium coating is very pretty and I like that it is black. It screws on and off very very well, it is sharp as all hell, has a big storage are for bud and keif. It also comes with a scraping tool that is nice. Very smooth grinding, and overal great product. If anything happens to it I will post it up here and give updates as the time goes by!

I kinda disagree... The older I get the cheaper I get.. I spent 16$ on my grinder recently and ONLY because it was a ebay gift card.. other wise I'd still be screwing with my old one..
I'm not saying I'd go out and buy a plastic one.. or one that I can tell will fall apart. I am not into having the latest and greatest anymore.. I like what works and what is cheap..

wont ever spend more then $20-25 on a glass pipe
wont spend more then $30-35$ on a glass bong
I buy the cheapest rolling papers (bugler 119 papers for $1.25)
I compost and buy cheap soil and amend it into the compost never spending more then $500 a year on my grow and each year it gets cheaper.. 2011 was the only time I went over 350-400 and that was my 1st year)

even all my beloved camera gear I got rid of.. and kept what I liked and would use.. I use to be really into computers.. having about 6 running at once all servers.. have not updated or bought a new pc since 2004 and only have 2 here now.. 1 never gets used...

Seems I keep giving away or selling off things I use to feel I needed..

It's a balancing act really. There's no right or wrong way only what works for you. If the tools work and you're happy it's all good ;)

There's a real, if all too occasional, pleasure in finding a dirt-cheap tool that gives great service. i had a $15 Harbor Freight angle grinder that gave longer good service than i had any right to expect. I "upgraded" to a much heavier tool ... win some lose some.
