Did some research for you seems like a couple of store front seed banks actually carry there "provision seed" brand.

We are legit, there are seedbanks in canada that carry our own brand seeds. We can be vouched for in other forums, we host contests and such. We havnt posted much because we are waiting for the admin to reply back regarding advertising.
I know there are alot of shady seedbanks out there but we are not one of them.
Because our seeds are not expensive doesnt mean where shady or its not good. We just believe in you shouldnt be paying high prices not everyone can afford it.
We try to cater to everyone, lots of medical users are on disability. Sure we got to make a living, but we're not here to get rich.
If you have any more questions we would be glad to answer them.

I ordered from Provision seeds after seeing this post from them
all I can say is I'm impressed by them, I've been growing since 1999 and have dealt with a lot of other places
and by far I've never been this impressed with a seed banks comunication once placing my order & even afterwards answering questions on other gear they carry
i even posted a review on the whole process

I emailed them yesterday got no response but when I got on here today he posted what I said to him on this forum woulden email me back in private.
I tried to work out a deal cut it short I said ill remove my threads about him and stop posting all this stuff if he pay up.
