Hot air talking points. It raises overall temperature for only the period of time the scientists are measuring.if things are cooling down like you say, why has every decade been hotter than the last for the last three decades?
Dude, you can't read a graph? Things like this ebb and flow. The graph shows an ebb. Bug the trend is flow. Now, if this ebb keeps on, the trend is reversed, but we are moving up, in general.Clearly not according to the graphs you provided. The red line is temperature. The temperature is going down while the average line is meaningless at the edge of an event. You cannot predict the average of something you do not know. If the temperature goes down the average line on that graph moves accordingly.
But I understand why you dont get it. It doesnt fit your religious beliefs...
Can you point that out to Bucky?
The graph shows an ebb.
Yeah, he's great. Provided you're cool with aresting people spreading "homosexual propaganda". Who needs freedom from government inhibition of speech though?I see buck has diverted the thread once again and turned it into his own little show where he buggers anyone who finds fault with his ideas.
To get back on track, Putin is a BADASS. Our leader is a wimp comparatively. Putin has spent his entire adult life in politics and has many times more experience than our dear well spoken leader.
Putin Wrestles bear, drives race cars, loves guns, Rides horses, camps, rides a Harley, is a black belt in Judo, Flies fighter aircraft, Swims in freezing Siberian lakes, Hunts big game, The guy even got a Grey Whale so it could be tagged and released. Personally Helps endangered species, Flies hang gliders, Plays the piano like a maestro, SCUBA dives, Holds lavish tea parties for his 8 year old daughter.

Compared to another leader who plays a bit of basketball and then goes golfing.
Oh yeah, Putin plays hockey and likes to snowmobile too.
I wish our leader was as much of a man as Putin.
Citation needed. ThxYeah, he's great. Provided you're cool with aresting people spreading "homosexual propaganda". Who needs freedom from government inhibition of speech though?

It looks like grandma is working the balls while...
That'd be me, dude. Sorry. I'll try to stay off RADAR so temps quit spiraling up.if things are cooling down like you say, why has every decade been hotter than the last for the last three decades?
the planet will be fine, it's the people living on it who will be affected. That'd be me, dude. Sorry. I'll try to stay off RADAR so temps quit spiraling up.
In all seriousness -- give up thinking that a little shit stain (humanity) on a greater being (Gaia) will effect the long term. People think in species -- "Oh, poor humans!" Fuck people, we're a parasite, and better work at developing something further than a "symbiotic" relationship sooner than later. Produce or fuck off seems to be the mantra and currency of the universe. Not "ooh, look, we saved a pretty blue ball of shit!"
so far today, we have racist right wingers measuring their penises via their toyota tundra truck, 10 seat bar (with fridge!), and now through choice of dog breed.Putin really is a man's man.
There is a story I heard Bush tell a while back when he was on Leno.
Putin came to the US, Bush was president. Bush had a dog, who Putin met, a smaller breed dog, barny I think it was.
A few years later, Bush goes to Russia, where he gets to meet Putin's dog, a giant Siberian wolf hound or some shit.
Anyway, Putin leans over to Bush and says "(dogs name) is bigger, stronger, and faster than Barney"
To what extent?the planet will be fine, it's the people living on it who will be affected.
you make the dislocation of millions sound so downright convenient and easy.Is the worst thing that is going to happen people have to move a little inland?
you are an idiot. How much of a positive impact might longer growing seasons in Canada and Siberia bring to the planet?
The water is going to rise at an astonishing rate of fractions of an inch per year, if I'm wrong, at the most a couple inches per year at the max, right? I've not heard or don't remember hearing how fast the oceans will rise, but that would be a light speed type rate of rise.you make the dislocation of millions sound so downright convenient and easy.
If the planet is warming, does this not mean that we can expect to gradually have more productive agriculture creeping northward? Will the growing season in Canada and Siberia not lengthen if the climate gets warmer? Will a longer growing season in two of the worlds largest stretches of land not be of benefit to the planet's population?you are an idiot.

you're totally right. The water is going to rise at an astonishing rate of fractions of an inch per year, if I'm wrong, at the most a couple inches per year at the max, right? I've not heard or don't remember hearing how fast the oceans will rise, but that would be a light speed type rate of rise.
Plenty of time to build seawalls like are in place in the Netherlands. Pretty amazing structures. Some places might not be able to survive with a wall, so they will have to move inland.
It's not that I don't care, I wish it wont happen. But from everything I remember about "An Inconvenient Truth" we're well past the deadline to avoid these catastrophes. I remember hearing target years that "we have to change" by being something like 2010 and stuff way back when. Are we moving the goal posts now, or are the figures used 10 years ago for the "point of no return" still being used. We're at it now, or past it, right?
So if the sky really is falling, all this stuff is going to happen. People will have to move inland, or we will have to build walls. It is not me being callous, it is the truth from the people you say speak it.
If the planet is warming, does this not mean that we can expect to gradually have more productive agriculture creeping northward? Will the growing season in Canada and Siberia not lengthen if the climate gets warmer? Will a longer growing season in two of the worlds largest stretches of land not be of benefit to the planet's population?
I don't see why you think a warmer climate does not equate to better farming in the northern latitudes.
Why do you hate farmers?
