Maybe the "floaters" just won't go down the drain with just two gallons? I know I sometimes have to flush multiple times. I'm doubtful the two gallon toilets actually save any water.
Toilet I have Uses 2 gallons. I bought it because on the box label they showed a picture of a basket of golf balls. And claimed it could flush them all in one flush.
Toilet works great

ETA.

Actually it uses 1.6gpf

- On December 12th, In segment highlighting the current unemployment rate, a Fox News graphic clearly showed the current national unemployment rate of 8.6% is HIGHER than 8.8%, and equal to 9.0%. - On the October 6th, 2011 edition of Hannity, host Sean Hannity made the false statement that President Ronald Reagan, “inherited a far worse economy than (President) Obama.
The economy WAS worse under Carter. The unemployment rate was higher, there were wage an price controls, shortages of consumer goods and fuel. You've got to stop believing revisionist history. I bet you think Obama won the Democratic nomination in 2008.

And you wonder why some people on this board would never want to meet with you for a drink.
Lets me ask a question, would you say that to Red's face if you two were to meet in person?
if red acted as cranky and bitter in person as he does here, sure would.

do you think if red met carne seca in person, and carne told red about how his partner was murdered in an anti-gay hate crime, would red then go on a blistering, angry, bitter tirade about how carne was a gold digger?

do you call your wife unexciting when you sit down for dinner together like you do on the internet?

There were 4 recessions during the 70s. Why are you fixated on the one during Carters term?

How about Price Controls and Oil embargos under that other Great Republican

Nixon?

And the tax on capital gains is? Nothing. Again you vote for a tax increase for yourself while giving the rich a huge break
And the tax on capital gains is now equal to the tax on income. Exactly equal. Which is what you pretend you wanted. Your statement is nonsense.

I wasn't asking about Red, Red didn't ask to meet me.

So let me ask you an honest question. If you and I were to meet in person and you insulted me, then I respectfully warned you not to disrespect me in that way, would you stop or continue?

what would you take as an insult?

if i asked you why you insulted chesus as a "n**ga" one time and told you that you were racist for doing so, would you be insulted or would you understand that you did a racist thing?

Not under the proposed flat tax or consumption tax. Why do you think rich fucks like Steve Forbes want it?
So he can pay an extra consumption tax on money he already has and already paid income or capital gains tax on? Volunteering to pay taxes twice?

Your logic is totally fucked... First of all, in my equation income is simply not a factor we are only talking about spending. Person spends 1,000,000 tax 20% = 200,000 = 20% Person spends 1.00 tax 20% = 20 cents = 20%
You might have pointed out neither of his "equations" were true. An "infinate" income is taxed at 39.9%, a "zero" income isn't taxed at all. Disproving both his "equations".

the word you're looking for is "infinite", smarty.

and we were talking about a consumption tax, not marginal tax rates.

do try to keep up here, herr red.

I'm too young to remember Nixon. I barely recall LBJ. I do remember Carter.

I'm old enough to remember all three
But not old enough to remember the
1926 supreme court ruling that said Capital Gains are income

BOWERS v. KERBAUGH-EMPIRE CO., 271 U.S. 170 (1926)

Dude, if you met me in person, I doubt very much you'd ask me about calling cheezy nigga rich.
That aside, if you treated me with respect, I wouldn't mind the policy disagreements, you think all my friends are conservative, not even. We talk politics at times when we're all kicking it and sitting around drinking, but the debates are 99% about fiscal policy, we seldom discus race and I run with a pretty diverse crowd.

To be honest, I've heard more talk of racism on RIU, than any place else in my life .

Wrong it is still income
It is still income he has already paid the tax on. All the accumulated wealth would eventually be taxed a second time whenever the owners spent it.. However, those with no accumulated wealth would pay no additional taxes on prior earnings. "it is still income" is just idiotic.

no, i would definitely ask you about that racist remark you made as the very first thing i asked.

would you consider it an insult if i were to ask you a simple question about racist things you have said?

my second question would now be: why the hell did you deny it yesterday only to confirm it today?

that seems like an odd thing to do. why would you deny saying it yesterday and own up to it today?
