OK, so I read to post 57 here and still no one had addressed one problem...Why were the plants left in darkness for three days? and why did he ask if they should have been in darkness for the whole 5 days?????
What was the reasoning for keeping the plants in darkness in the first place???? One should NEVER deny there seedlings light for any reason and I don't care who tells you otherwise! it will only create major problems and prevent the plant from reaching it's full potential.

thanks for your input but that was almost 2 months ago, they were doing fine. he problem now is that they leaf on the bottom are dying, first they turn green then dei. i think is because of low ph. 4.88 growing in MG.

Low pH. Top dress with dolomitic lime. It buffers pH to 7.0. But.... it doesn't take effect right away. If you want to correct pH problems immediately you are going to have to water with higher pH water. One thing I will recommend is foliar spraying with cal mag. Because those are the first two things locked out at low pH which effects the uptake of your other nutes. That would cause the yellowing. I usually don't foliar feed, I reserve foliar feeding for quickly addressing a deficiency.

But the question remains...why did you want to start them in the dark for 3-5 days in the first place? I really would like to know the reasoning for this as it's bugging the shit out of me.

I had a very wrong concept of seedling. i thought light disturbed the growing or slowed it wrong. Then i realized how is that possible because when they sprout they need light immediately.

How are your plants looking today lxrsd? Have you been letting them dry out?

^^ I personally would recommend adding dolomite lime to you water and bubbling/aerating it a day or so prior to use, as apposed to top dressing. Dolomite can have adverse effects if it isn't assimilated into your medium properly. My .02

My leaf continue to turn light/Yellow and die... This is becoming a big problem. they about 7 weeks old on Miracle Grow and i have been feeding them nothing but plain ph 6.0-6.5 water because i know MG is time release and dint want to overfeed my plants . Just recently flushed it because the ph of runoff was 4.88. IDK what to do now. Also i recently purchased dolomite lime and Epsom salt. they coming in a few days. i believe is a mags problem.

Ouch! I see it is a big problem for sure, sorry for your troubles! You also must understand that with some nutrient issues the damage will continue even after getting the problem figured out. Magnesium related issues along with others will cause a domino effect of issues if the starting issue is severe enough. With Miracle Grow as your medium I'm not sure what to say about the issue or where to point the finger. Time release nutrients like the ones MG uses are far more complex to work with when it comes to cannabis.

Do not use runoff to judge the state or your medium, the results rarely tell you much about what is going on in the soil with any accuracy. If you have a meter that an tell you EC, you can learn something about your runoff. That can tell you if your medium is to salty which will for sure cause you issues like you are experiencing.

Also, keep in mind that when you are flushing the soil, you are increasing the acidic conditions. If that is the problem here(which has not yet been identified), you are not helping by flushing the plant, especially if you have over fertilized them with any liquid high nitrogen or high phosphorous nutrients. Miracle Grow is a unique medium as well which could complicate matters even further.

Has that plant been growing in that container for seven weeks? If so, your next best move to save that plant is going to be transplanting her into a larger container.

Tell us, how does the new growth look? Are there any signs of yellowing, rust spots, etc near the newest growth?
I wonder also what type of lighting you are using and what distance you keep them from your plants?

New growth as in new leafs? they are fine but i think its going to climb up to them, also they were transplanted the second week from a 1 party cup. Two small ones are 3 weeks younger (Acapulco gold and G13 and they doing very well on COCO) the light 5" away from top (PIC ADDED TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK) its a 6" Cooltube XL Reflector w/ add-on 29" x 26" pushing air through the tube. I put my hands underneath and there's almost no heat plus i have a fan. Using 600W Ipower MH. Filter not attached since there's almost no smell. Current setup

Also my plant stem turning purple but it started long time ago. i thought it was plants genetics but all 3 different strain are doing it. could this be a sign that they aren't getting enough Co2? The main problem continues. Rusting on the leaf and Yellowing then dying. I don't want my plants to die, How do i fix this?

ill answer your pm here, looks like you need some cal mag.. and purple stems are of three things
1-genetics
2-seedlings usually always start with purple stems as they adjust they will change
3-phosphorous or magnesium deficiency

heres a chart i go by that shows deficiencies.

To me your light seems to close. Looks like you have good head room and short plants, back the light up to around 1 foot. If your top growth is all good then don't worry to much, you will be able to save them no problem most of the time. Your plants are not likely to die but growth will be stunted and other problems could show up later.

Nice chart fir3dragon! Very helpful. It does point to some calcium and magnesium issues. I use cal-mag by General Organics. Just a few drops per gallon of reverse osmosis water. It always amazes me how much calcium and magnesium some plants can use. Even though my soil as plenty of both available they always seem to benefit from a constant supply in their water. Especially with RO water which has close to nothing in it.
