Another State Of The Union, Who Will Obama Blame?

Barack Obama has been at the reins for over five years now, that is more than enough time for him to call this economy his own and take some responsibility. But as always, when things aren't going well, he distances himself from the problem and points fingers at everyone but himself and proposes a solution.

So, who will he blame this year?

Obamacare's miserable failure: Republicans
Fewer Americans working in over three decades: The 1% / Republicans
Poverty level highest in 20 years: Minimum wage /The 1%/ Republicans
The lie, you can keep your healthcare if you like it: Your eyes and ears

My prediction: It will be the same old speech on class warfare and how this poor president can't get anything done because of the big mean republicans.

So which is better for that 1 percent? a large portion of a shrinking pie or a smaller portion of one that is growing? Is it better for them to force more and more into a lower class where they can spend money only on necessities or help them gain the wealth they need to not only expand the economy but to give the one percent a portion of their growing income?

That's the misconception you and most lefties have of the 1%
No matter how much you tax the wealthy, only the government benefit, all tax revenue goes to government, what part of that are you getting.
Please explain how the middle class like us will benefit, and I'll explain how it will be detrimental.

The debt for starters, how about our ability to help the unemployed? You didn't answer the question.

Pointing out the disparity between rich and poor is not class warfare. Why can't you folks figure that out? This disparity is as large as it has ever been in modern times and it shows. So far as republicans being blamed? They came out and stated that they would not cooperate, nor would they compromise, they have had the most unsucessful term ever when it comes to reasonable legislation.

Who shut down the government again? Who held Obama and his agenda hostage to foolishness and stupidity? Republicans. He has a right to blame republicans for all sorts of problems we are currently having.

Tell me, if Republicans had the helm, what would be different? how would it be better? lower taxes for the rich? health care that works? or would it be them blaming Democrats for everything, which seems to be what they are doing currently, which seems to be ALL you ever blame.

Do you have the health care you like Beenthere?

A shrinking pie is not better for anyone. The question isn't what's better for the 1%, it's what better for the rest of us and how to get the economy back on it's feet. Canndo, you seem to think that taxing the wealthy somehow puts more money into the pockets of middle class working tax payers, but that is just not the case. No matter how much you tax them, the poor will not be lifted out of poverty, quite the opposite in fact.
When we keep the poor on the government teat, we are keeping them in poverty.

Is it better for them to force more and more into a lower class where they can spend money only on necessities or help them gain the wealth they need to not only expand the economy but to give the one percent a portion of their growing income?
The wealthy do not force people into the lower class, the lower class do that themselves. If you can give me a viable example of how they do, I'm all ears.

canndo, only tax payers can pay the the debt down, that my friend is a fact you cannot refute.
And you've not answered my questions from the op, who will Obama blame for our ailing economy, a failed healthcare law or the fact the poverty level in this country hasn't improved in over 20 years.

Actually only the savers can pay off the debt since debt cannot pay off debt if no one has any capital to lend in the first place.

My accomplishments afford me to do just about anything I choose, BTW, why are you bitching then?
I'm not at all. It seems everytime I peep on RIU you still bitching about the same tired ass things. I would think a true business man or a man with some business would find other things to do besides launching continues tirades on a pot forum. I mean do you take vacations and what not. No way in hell your life can be happy with so many complaints that you have. Go plant a flower or something.
