LOL,its the warmest winter in 100 years here.I feel for you on the bills though.Higher then expected bills can set a guy back for a long time.Thats serious.
If anybody is truly having trouble on energy bills their might be help for that through the state gov't,FWIW.Its called HEAP in a few states
