Shwag Seeds???

Hi everyone. I have a question about Shwag seeds. A friend of mine told me that Shwag seeds (reggie seeds) and Dro seeds are the same thing. Is this true? He told me the reason why reggie is all seedy and smokes like crap was because commercial out door growers don't give a sh*t about how they gorw it. They just get a bunch of seeds and throw it in a big field and let nature do the rest. By doing that they are letting males and females grow together therefore they pollenate and produce massive amounts of seeds. Also it (the reggie) isn't getting the correct nutrients and aren't well taken care of as opposed to indoor growing. I know all this might sound stupid but i wanna know myself.. He told me that i can get reggie seeds and grow it indoors and under a light with the right nutrients and i will get some nice buds. (When i say some reggie seeds, i mean some dirt weed. Some $250 a Lbs. weed) Tell me my friend is stupid...

Im not sure what the hell reggie is but shwag is just like mexicna dirt red hair. They grow fast crops and dont meticulously go through the crops.They grow a strain that they like the yields from and will try to kill males but may miss some and maybe some hermies. They tend to harvest early and mostly let nature do its thing.They just water and maybe spray fertilize or fert when they till the fields. I have seen acres in Mexico grow and its pretty much a commercial op there. Now above the border is commercial but they take time thats the difference though between a $100 lb from mexico of a $4500 lb from BC canada

So reggie seeds can be used to grow indoors and with the proper care, it can produce nice buds that can be sold for persae $3000 a lb?

Again I dont know what you mean by reggie seeds never heard that term but a good geneitic seed or clone grown indoors at optimol conditions can get you lbs that will see for thousands yes.If you spend the money on the equiptment and then know people who like quality over quantity

ahhh bag seed.You can grow bag seed but you ll still get the same strain of weed which carries its parents traits.So if it outside dirt weed it ll grow tall probably a sativa strain and if the parents tend to hermie or produce high or low amounts thats what you get but if done to best inside a better smoke though. The best weed and yield come from known strains which have good genetics.You want seed from plnats that make bud with no seed. A strain that has to be breed for seeds like from a seed bank or if you get some real good weed not commercial compressed and maybe find a seed or 2 use those.Grow what you wanna smoke if its seedy you might get seed low quality plants.If it some out of this world sensi with no seeds thats what you d like.Quality breeds quality

In other words, I'm just going to produce the same dirt weed the seeds came from? Maybe slightly better being the the males plants would be removed. (thats if they aren't all hermies?)

in a round about way yes and no.You ll have the same redhair strain but it ma be alot better you never know. It will be better then the original that wasnt well kep but it wont be Northern lights or White widow or anything like that. Also if you growing indoors you ll want to stay to indicas or 50/ 50 mixes to keep the heights down as indicas stay low and bushy and have that heavy body tingly buzz and sativas have that uppitty gonna go do stuff high and tend to grow 5-12 feet

I am growing some midgrade. Mid is better than reg schwag but not as good as nugs.
My herb that i got my seeds from does not have many seeds. I would say maybee 25 in a ounce where as schwag may have 100-200 or even more.
I decided to use these seeds because I really like the high. I think with proper care that I can grow even better buds. After a few years I think I could really have something to be proud of.
Don't get me wrong this is not anything like ak or nl or skunk.
I am just a long time stoner and this ish does me just right so I decided to try to improve on it.
I like to judge my weed by how much you need to smoke. And how long the high lasts.
This that I am growing I can smoke a bowl and be high for 3-4 hrs. I can smoke a blunt and be semi couch locked.
Now mexican dirt I could smoke joints like cigarettes and still not get anywhere near as high.

if it's shit weed, then the seeds will produce shit weed. If you have seeds from weed you liked, and want to put the effort into growing it, then go for it. I would personally say just buy some good quality seeds - they're not that expensive, and if you're going to the trouble of buying lights etc then it'll be worth it

still bad advice, you should lean towards genetics designed to grow in or outdoors. most bagseed will take 2-5 extra weeks to flower indoors

The only problem is i can't find good seeds. Every now and then i would get a lb of reg dro with a few seeds but other then that i never come across any seeds in exotic dro. Its not a matter of spending the money for good seeds, it a matter of getting a hold of any cause i don't know any growers around my area. I'm in the U. S. so i sure as hell am not going to order any seeds online. It doesn't matter how safe anyone tells you it is. Theres always a risk.

The weed you got from the bagseed was schwagg but thats because it was not grown right and with the proper care. All you need to grow really good weed indoors is a 400watt light (HPS if you can afford it), 5-15 gallon grow containers (size of container depends on the size you want the plant), and botanicare grow, bloom, cal-mag, and liquid karma nutrients, good organic soil, and water when the plant needs it (check 6-12 inches under the top layer of soil to see if its moist if-if it is dont water, if its not water) and youll grow weed your very proud of. The whole setup probally costs $400 at most.

So dude, you're basically saying that genetics count for shit, which is completely wrong. Why do you think the people whose weed wins the high times cup spend years selectively breeding strains - it's to get desireable characteristics.
So if you grow schwag seeds very carefully then you might get stuff a bit better than that you smoked, but in the end the quality of the raw material affects the end result.

Fair enough guy, but i'd say you're being a bit paranoid. The number of people who are in the US and order seeds online regularly...
